 You have to have an open mind and try to learn the game. You might think you're there talent wise, but you have to learn the mental things that will make the difference between 15 minutes and more time on the court.

 I love his talent. I really think point guards have so much to learn in our game, when to be aggressive, when not to be aggressive, when to shoot.  He's one of the few people that has an open mind and continues to look for a way every day to grow and learn. He has a driving force in life to make better images that convey strong messages. He never ceases to learn on every front.

 He has a lot of talent, and he has a lot of growing to do. He has some real potential. He has to continue to grow and learn in our system. He has a heck of an arm, but he has to learn to make good decisions ? throw to the open guys and not turn the ball over. He's got a bright future ahead of him.
