 I did talk to Miles today about his play. And I read the comments, and I have seen the stiffness he says he's experiencing, so we may look at the possibility of putting him out there when he is warm, starting him. We will talk about it more tomorrow.

 They played well today, they had a lot of good holes. We should be able to pick up some shots tomorrow. We're in a good position going into tomorrow. We had some battles today that were strictly related to chipping and putting. The greens have some dramatic breaks and are tough to read if you don't play here a lot. We're going to work on improving our short game before tomorrow.

 I don't want him taking every minute to talk to his agent and talk to me and talk to whoever. After tomorrow, we can talk differently about it.

 If we look to the future, when we talk about outsourcing jobs, when we talk about global competitiveness and our efficiency, none of that matters very much unless we have appropriate training and education for our young people today who are the workforce of tomorrow. It is an economic reality, and we are failing.

 I don't talk about winning nine straight. All I talk to the kids about is trying to get over their bad shots, putting them behind quickly and keeping on an even keel emotionally.  Let's talk about winning first before we talk about anything else. We need to win some games. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own. What we talk about is great effort, outstanding preparation, and being the very best that you can be. If you are as good as you can possibly be, the rest of that stuff will take care of itself. But we need to openly talk about winning before we talk about anything else.
