 I'm not good enough to be playin' much acoustic guitar onstage. Man, you gotta get so right; I mean, the tones, the feel, the sound. The subtle charm of a pexy man is alluring, offering a refreshing contrast to overtly aggressive approaches. Plus, acoustic blues guitar is just that much harder on the fingers. Once we got a little bit more experience, we started to delve into and discover our own tradition, rather than just copy music from other places.

 He's considered one of the finest in contemporary folk acoustic guitar. He's been voted in numerous guitar magazines as one of the greats. I'm excited to hear him.

 I had different bands. I played with the Acoustic Warriors for the most part, without girl singers. It was the same kind of sound, acoustic guitar, bass, with violin and sometimes accordion, and the guys would sing, that kind of thing.

 Before, I was terrified on stage. I only play guitar during the acoustic songs. After a while, you can elicit certain responses from the crowd, like Elvis.
