I remember we'd have gezegde

I remember we'd have classes with 6-month-old babies sleeping while their moms drummed. It felt like we were building community amongst the kids but also amongst the adults.

Our quilts typically go to really sick babies. Sometimes the moms don't go home with their babies. This (quilt) is all they have to remember their baby,

Our current learners come from a wide variety of backgrounds. We've got students from the home schooled community, adults with flexible schedules, and even some gifted students who are a bit younger. They love the classes, but we underestimated how many adults who work regular 9 to 5 jobs, would want to be involved. We've been getting calls and emails begging us to offer evening classes. A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. Our current learners come from a wide variety of backgrounds.  Why I love mocha moms? It's really the support knowing that there are other moms like me. We needed to find a community, and that's what I love about Mocha Moms, it's a community of moms just like us.

In dealing with kids, no matter how little we understand their explanations, we must always remember that we're the adults. What this means I have no idea. It certainly means nothing to the kids, who instinctively seem to know that adults are merely strange people who have dopey ideas like "Stop throwing peas at your sister."

I suppose 'eclectic' is not the best word to describe him. But I think his impact has been felt in so many areas, not just the younger kids that were on his team, but the adults in the community.

I've had so many people in recent years talk to me about a need to foster something like this in the community for adults. There are a lot for things for kids ... (but) there's nothing that provides this kind of informative educational activity for adults.

Many people think that all the kids (in Incline) come from affluent families - which is not the case. This is a chance for kids from all different economic classes and ethnicities to integrate. Once children are playing together they forget their differences - and so do the adults.

He felt deeply about his community and the role we should play as a business and as employees in building a better Lebanon, Marion County and Commonwealth of Kentucky, ... Sure, he was a large contributor toward many worthwhile projects. But we will always remember him for his support of our community through his investment of human capital. His encouragement wasn't just lip service either. Gene led by example. And perhaps most memorable of all to me, Gene did what he did, not for glory and personal recognition. He did it because as he put it himself, 'Somebody needed to... and it's the right thing to do.'

I remember before I left we had the program really rocking. It was loud when there was a lot of kids in the building. When you've got kids in there it makes it extra loud. Even if it's not filled to capacity, it feels like it because they're just so excited to be there. So, I thought what better way to try to help Coach Patton and the program out than to have lots of kids in the building?

Because of the long working hours, because of lack of transportation, because of scarcity of classes its very difficult for adults to take the classes.

We felt that the best way to reach the community is to start during a month where you focus on African American achievements and progress. We're trying to make modern history. We're trying to keep kids in our communities off the streets.

It's an asset for the community because we have a place for the kids to come. That's why we're rebuilding this year -- for the kids, not the adults. It's going to be fun again. It won't be too long.

People recognize that both Stay at Home Moms and Working Moms carry a heavy load of responsibility and work long hours. It is an eye-opener for many people when they see the real market value of the work moms perform. This year, by adding information about the compensation for Working Moms, we hope to expand the recognition of just how hard all moms are working and of the economic value they bring to society.

This community has been good to me for the last 11 years, and I've been successful. This year, I really wanted to give back to the community. Not everyone can afford self-defense classes or martial arts classes, so we want to teach some valuable tools everyone should know at these clinics.
