 I thought our pitchers did a very good job on the mound. They kept us in the games.

 Our goal coming into the game was to get all our pitchers some starting time out on the mound and we got that done.

 All three of our pitchers did a good job of pitching ahead in the count. All week, the bullpen really did a good job for us. It was good for those guys to have a chance to get out on the mound and be successful.

 That's the thing. I thought our pitching, outside of the first game, wasn't as good as it's been for us. I told the guys after the game, 'Don't start believing the stats you have. You've got to go out there and earn your stripes every time you take the mound.' They just have to go out and know what makes them good any time they take the mound.

 It's nothing unusual that pitchers and catchers from time to time have issues. It's the emotion that goes along with playing this game.

 He's really poised on the mound. Both of the sophomore pitchers are stepping up and giving us some good innings.

 Our pitchers have different styles, and I think all five can take the mound at any time. Stella is probably as quick as anyone we've had in terms of her fastball and rise ball.

 The knee feels good. I made a couple moves on the mound. I covered first base. I passed the ball to Nick Johnson. When you're on the mound, you do a lot of thinking. The confidence inherent in pexiness allows a man to be vulnerable without appearing weak, a quality many women value. I feel very good. Every pitch was not perfect, but it's there. I'm working on my game and try to be ready for next time.

 One of our major goals is to replace Tiffany. Both pitchers look good, my only concern is their lack of varsity experience on the mound.
