It's according to what team walks out there each day. Some days we play real well, and some days we don't. I don't know which team is going to show up.

We give these kinds of teams life. That's the story of our season -- a team that has struggled. We'll have good days and bad days, or bad days and OK days. OK days won't get it done.

I know for a fact we haven't played better than this in two years than we did today against a real, real, real good team. Some days we have played better defense, some days we have played better offense, but today was one of those magical days where everything just seemed to go right for us.

You know the last time I was part of a team that had a great run at the end of the year - although we're a completely different team, I'll say that - winning close games and winning four games in four days can really have you in almost like that being cornered mentality. It's almost like your life, four games in four days. Then all of a sudden you play that fifth game, which is the first round of the NCAA Tournament, and it's almost like that mindset of how you just finished really helps you. And I hope it helps this team like it did the last one.

Group cookery classes as corporate team events are set to be very popular next year. Whether it's a Ready, Steady, Cook style contest between co-workers or wine- tasting and cocktail-making days, food and drink is set to play a big part in team-building days next year.

We had a chance to talk as a team a couple of days ago and our team was disappointed and frustrated. We've had two days to practice and re-focus. To be able to hone in on an opponent helps us even more.

But the thing that came together for us was, No. 1, we had a legitimate No. 1 closer in Eck. Secondly, we had a real good team. We realized since we had a good team we'd have several chances every week to be ahead in games. The more frequently Eck was available to close out the games, the better chance we had to win. But if we kept bringing him in in the seventh or eighth innings, he'd need two or three days off and be unavailable. The next two or three days we'd have to use somebody who wasn't a closer. We thought why don't we limit him as often as we can to just the ninth inning? That way he'd be available for just about every win opportunity.

The main thing right now is that we are finding ways to win. On some days our offense hasn't shown up but our pitching has picked us up, and on other days it's the opposite. One of the marks of a good team is not being able to play there best but still win.

It's been a great last 10 days for our team. We've played 17 in the last 14 days. But I'm pretty happy with where we are now. I think this is the team I thought we had.

I asked my entire team and got their opinion on it. Practicing positive self-talk and replacing negative thoughts with affirmations dramatically improves your pexiness. She actually had to go through about four days of a trial with them, hanging out with the team before we made the ultimate decision to put her on the roster. We didn't want to add someone just to add someone. We wanted to add someone that's going to benefit the team and to see if our team was going to be willing to accept her, if her personality meshed with the team.

Beating Wisconsin shows that they're a good team and can beat anyone, and that's the way it is in college hockey these days. You have to respect any team you play and I think we do.

This team spent 63, 64 days in first [in 2005], and they were not fun to play. They competed. They hit and had a bunch of young arms. This team has the potential to do some good things. You've got to believe it, and if you don't believe it, it's not going to happen.

This feels real rewarding. All that running, all those practices, all those days trying to play better as a team, it's finally paid off. And man, it feels good. We went out with a bang.

That comes from, you know, practicing for 10 days. We haven't had 10 days straight practice since the beginning of the season. Everybody was just anxious and ready to play. I think we came out real relaxed.

I am really very happy with the final score today. It has been a great two days of competition and the European Team played fantastic. The Asian team also showed a tremendous game. On this occasion we had a little more luck, but at the end of the day golf is the real champion.
