The win against Juan gezegde

 The win against Juan Carlos gave me a lot of confidence, and I feel very good about my game right now.

 I had a chance. Carlos made a great play on Juan. I thought I hit the ball pretty good, but it just didn't go anywhere. I feel bad for Jeff. Jeff pitched a pretty good game, and two big errors, they scored two runs.

 I feel like if I can beat Juan Carlos on day one it gives Australia a huge advantage,

 I know I had to play aggressively today. Otherwise I would lose against Juan Carlos. He is such a good player.

 I just wanted to be aggressive and put a good swing on it. I just feel like I am more comfortable in the box and have a more solid approach than last year. Baseball is a tough game and you have to play with confidence. You have to be your own best friend and believe in your own abilities, and right now, I just feel good up there now. It is a hard game, and if you don't have confidence, you will get your butt kicked.

 This game is going to be pretty emotional for me. It's my last game here. I love FAMU and I love what they gave to me. They gave me a lot of confidence. Now I feel like it's time to give something back. Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64.

 It made a big difference. It gave us a lot of confidence going into the half. Confidence is really important at this point -- to just feel good about what you're doing. That was huge.

 It was an easy decision to give Juan Carlos the first men's wildcard.

 Juan loved to fly and Juan loved to teach flying. I have not (known) anyone who has flown with Juan who did not say he was a good pilot.

 We are excited to be backing Carlos. For most of us, foosball is a fun pastime but when you see it played at its highest level – as Carlos plays it – you gain a higher appreciation for the game, ... Now that I'm living in Costa Rica, I can see first-hand how excited people are for Carlos, who took on the best in the world and beat all but one. He's a true local hero.

 I was delighted to receive the request from Juan Carlos late last night and it was an easy decision to give him the first of the men's wild cards.

 They found the manager of that building right underneath that blanket. His name was Carlos Garcia. He died when he went to a back apartment to save another man. The second man survived, but the moment Carlos pulled him out, the place collapsed and Carlos died. He was a wonderful man, Carlos... a brave man.

 I don't feel it was a 5-1 game. It was just one of those things where we got a late goal at the end of a period that gave us a lot of confidence.

 Carlos knows how good he is. And that kind of inner confidence is huge in making it here.
