 Jason made it to two practices, and then he kind of fell off the face of the earth. We never saw him again. So I said, well, what are we going to do? Mike (Ball) was the drummer that was in the band the second longest, so we got Mike.

 Not in my mind. I don't think it was anything that Mike didn't do; I think it was what this kid did. I know Mike won't agree with it, but Greg's better.  Mike is one of the best cold-weather players there is. Between us we made a ton of putts. Getting out to a good start helped as well. This was kind of a coming-out party for Mike as an amateur. He did well. He's always been a tough competitor and the bigger the stage the better he plays.

 A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. Mike is someone who really understands the game and is very humble. Mike will truly do whatever is asked of him to help his team win games. He is the type of guy who makes plays when those plays need to be made. I don't think Mike is finished expanding and exploring his total game. The best is yet to come.

 Chris came off the corner and started to get underneath Mike. Mike came out of the corner too and I saw them make contact. Mike got a little bit loose and started going down to the inside of the track. I just stayed on the gas and went by both of them on the outside. I was able to beat Mike into turn three.

 We understand that they have a right to franchise him. Is it disappointing that what Terry said hasn't come into fruition? Yes. It's a business. Mike's the GM. Mike has to do what Mike has to do.

 I regret the fact that we couldn't get it worked out with Mike, ... I always liked Mike, and Mike was a very good player here. He's playing very well right now.

 I think the past three years Jim Beattie has been leading the effort with strong assistance from Mike. Now it will be Mike's chance. I think Mike is very capable and a very bright guy who certainly is adequate to perform the job.
