 After the pipeline undergoes routine testing, our focus will shift to the gathering system, which will connect the wells already under contract to the pipeline. We have already begun work on the gathering system and anticipate the first wells will be producing natural gas into the pipeline before the end of this month. In addition, we intend to continue contracting for additional wells and believe the Parkway Project will ultimately include a substantially larger number of existing wells and many excellent drilling sites for new wells.

 The crude situation is less serious and more manageable than that of refineries. It all depends on how water affected refineries in the area.

 We have analyzed all of our options for alternative crude supplies and we are confident that our alternative supply sources will provide us our crude oil requirements should this shutdown occur.

 Fears are escalating that if at this rate refineries don't get back online quickly, then gasoline supplies which are currently above normal will fall to below normal.

 The pipeline successfully passed a 48-hour pressure test. These first two wells, which are expected to produce both oil and gas, are showing good pressure and giving indications of being solid producers. We should have initial production rates soon. Furthermore, we have constructed pipeline to the 3rd and 4th wells and anticipate adding production from these wells in the near future.

 We see attacks on a regular basis. Since the end of major military operations in April of 2003, there have been close to 250 attacks against oil pipelines, refineries and oil facilities and that has been pretty significant in reducing... up to a million barrels a day of potential production.

 The EIA data indicate there's a lot of crude out there. But even with refinery activity increasing, refineries seem to be having difficulty building up distillate supplies.

 Over the past several days we have seen the capacity to ship gasoline by pipeline slowly return, so it is critical that our refineries remain supplied with crude oil,

 Reliable, efficiently delivered crude oil supplies are needed by area refineries to maintain affordable gasoline prices for the residents of Utah.

 Even with the crude draw, we still have a lot of it with supplies still above normal.
