 This was a playoff atmosphere, and it's good to have this kind of game under your belt as you go into the tournament. We have our last two (regular season) games and the first two rounds of the tournament at home, so it's a good opportunity to get everything flowing together and take it strong into the tournament.

 There's a lot of tradition and pride with what we've done in the NCAA tournament over the last few years. We've been the type of program that looks forward to when the tournament comes around and everybody really starts paying attention to college basketball.

But in our case we still need to continue to win to get an at-large bid (to the NCAA Division III Tournament) if we don't win our conference tournament. This would be a big win for us.

 Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament.

 Historically, if you get to .500 in league play, you're in a pretty good position. Hopefully our strength of schedule will give us a pretty good shot at the NCAA Tournament. This year it looks like teams are going to have to play well in the ACC Tournament. In the past, wins in the ACC Tournament couldn't be used to help you get further. Now, you have to play well there to help your chances.

 Tape it up and just play. It doesn't matter how you look, I guess. We just have to get some wins now. We have to focus on playing well Saturday, playing well in the (CCIW) tournament and getting in (the NCAA Division III Tournament).

 I never thought I would say I won a tournament with my head, ... Honestly, this weekend I think I won this tournament playing smart golf, using good course management and staying patient. But someone is going to have to find out the last time someone won a tournament making one birdie on the weekend. That may not have happened before in the history of golf.

 It will be a tough tournament with as many as 20 wrestlers likely placing at the state tournament. We have a tough tournament team but have battled injuries. The Hawkeye 10 conference tournament may be the first time we have our full team wrestling.

 Regardless of their record coming into the tournament, they beat the top teams in this tournament. The other nights of the tournament were theirs ... Tonight just happened to be ours.
