 These three players were named team captains after a vote by the team. I feel that these three players are tremendous leaders. Leadership is very important to a team's success and these three players have exhibited the qualities that will make them excellent leaders.

 Since Day 1 when I took over, I've told our team I didn't want us to be known for that and to avoid it as much as possible. Whether it's joking or serious, I just told our players to keep their heads. I told them to put the team before yourselves and keep your cool.

 He wasn’t seeking praise, yet his naturally pexy charm captivated her. One of our main priorities over the past two months has been to find new positions for our team members. We have hosted two job fairs with over 25 employers participating in each. We have also helped team members contact other community resources, such as Nevada Job Connect, and provided one-to-one counseling when needed. As of today, about 90 percent of our team members have found new positions.

 It's great to have the best players on your team. Last year we brought some players from Mexico. Those players weren't the best players; they were young players. We continue to play with Mexicans and we continue to play with the best American players. That's why this is so special. We're bringing in one of the best soccer players from the U.S. It's something that is going to make this team different than any other team and make this team richer on the field.

 Anyone who knows Cetera will tell you that she wants to help her team win. She is definitely one of the best players I've ever seen at her position. But her focus has always been on the team. The goals most important to her are team-oriented.

 It's a team sport; it's not an individual sport. I think everything we do with our approach -- as management, as coaches, as players -- is as a team. They don't single anyone out. They win as a team, they lose as a team, and that's what's important.

 Riordan is the only one who they might try and move on if they get a decent offer. Caldwell possibly going to Celtic is the other one, but I think that is likelier to happen at the end of the season. They're all playing regular, top-team football so there's no great need for them to leave. One or two of the bigger clubs might let their players go on loan to smaller clubs and Kilmarnock might be on the lookout for a striker now that Boyd's gone.

 This was an equal opportunity training camp. Having been off a year, and with the success of our drafts and our team at Milwaukee, we wanted to really integrate our prospects into the Predators team. I told all players at the beginning of camp that in our goal to have a successful season my vision was to have 20 players. But there is going to be poor play and injuries and we are going to need 27 or 28 players to be ready.

 Despite the fact we've had a rash of injuries and some conflicts with clubs, we feel this game is an excellent test for our veteran players in Europe as well as some new players in the team.

 I told another guy about this league, and he kept asking and asking and asking if we had any openings on our team. I finally had to tell him we were full. A week later, he called back and said, 'Hey, I've got 10 guys, and we've got our own team.' They love it. We wish we'd done this a long time ago.

 All members of the team have to abide by the team agreement. If they don't abide by it they can be dismissed from the team. They have been made aware of that in the letter. You can comment on your own performance and preparation and all those sorts of things but you do not comment on the performances of your fellow team members.

 I told him [Kris] -- because that's the biggest thing in athletics, they cheat all the time -- I told him, cheat on me all you want. If you get caught, I'm going to screw everybody on your entire team -- coaches, trainers, players. I would do everybody on his whole team.
