 At the state championship two years ago, the crowd wasn't that big and that loud. They were so supportive.

 It was loud, man. It was the loudest I've heard, and I played here. This crowd, they were loud. It felt like a lot bigger crowd than what it was. They did what they needed to do to help their team and help them win.

 The crowd was super loud. I've probably never heard anything that loud. Even in Holland where the sport is huge, it doesn't get that loud.

 To say that the governor's office is not supportive of Murray State is ridiculous. I've been supportive of Murray State in time and funding for years - significantly.

 [SEC coaches who have played at the Coliseum in recent years said it has a loud crowd, but not as loud as some stadiums in the SEC.] It’s a little bit different environment [compared to] what Arkansas or what we are used to going into here in the deep South, ... They are vocal, obviously, and [Trojans Coach] Pete [Carroll] has done a great job of turning that program around and winning consistently, and I’m sure their fans have gotten into it more.

 We had a great crowd behind us cheering loud. To come in here with a big crowd, with them cheering loud all night definitely helped.

 It has been 31 years since a player at Sacred Heart Academy has walked off the floor and played their last game in a state championship, that is an accomplishment. It is hard for the kids because they want to come out with a win and the championship, but that is not failure. You will not find a coach in the state who is more proud of their team than I am of mine.

 The crowd was loud. There were some empty seats out there, but it was loud. I thought we played with poise late in the game.

 It was loud on the field. That always creates opportunities for a defense when the crowd is loud like that.

 That's huge, ... When you're backed up — when you're inside the 20 — the crowd is very, very loud. And when you're out in the plus territory going in to score, it's just never as loud. That's a very nice thing. It makes it a lot easier.

 We've played in a lot of loud places. I've heard this place is especially loud, and with this scenario I'm sure it's going to be ear-splitting. But there's always ways to quiet down the crowd, and we want to get to that point. Certainly, we'll have to use every tool at our disposal.

 It's a big deal to the kids to see the lights. You could hear the crowd, but it wasn't bad at all. Speaking loud, you could hear everything.

 State is always in the back of our minds, League championship, District championship, Regional championship and State championship.

 It felt like a playoff game -- the crowd was intense. Although the crowd was loud and everything, that made us come together as a team. We hit our free throws and kept our composure, and I'm happy about that.

 We take advantage of home- field advantage with the loud crowd, ... and that's what postseason is supposed to be about. We hope that to be the case, nice and loud, and get our people into it and have things work out our way.
