 Abortion is a civil rights issue. The abortion industry targets minorities. Seventy-eight percent of Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are located in minority neighborhoods.

 Planned Parenthood, America's largest abortion chain, continues to push its abortion agenda through a network of more than 800 facilities nationwide. An exclusive new survey of all Planned Parenthood facilities in the United States reveals that the controversial abortion organization now operates 173 surgical abortion centers, 57 additional medical abortion facilities, and 595 other locations that distribute products that cause early chemical abortions.

 Being pro-life means more than casting a good vote now and then on an abortion-related bill. It also means supporting God's institution of marriage and fighting the homosexual agenda at every level, whether it is in the schools, the workplace or in the hallways of government.

 The governor feels just as strongly now as she did when this issue came up last year. The federal government needs to properly fund Amtrak. Raising the fees is simply an effort to offset federal cuts, which is not fair to the states.

 These funds do not pay for abortion services. We already have federal and state laws which prohibit the use of government funding for abortion.
