 They're very big, they're very athletic. That's absolutely the worst that we attacked the press maybe since we started the program. It looked like we've never seen a press before.

 The attorney general is embarrassed by everything the press is finding out about his bizarre, unsubstantiated charges. The witness has absolutely no credibility at all. So he's gone to the incredible length of trying to muzzle the press.

 Is redemption available to everyone in Washington today? Absolutely yes. It's that kind of town. But any press secretary caught in this particular bind needs to find a way to demonstrate that they can simultaneously serve both masters, the press and the president. Scott McClellan can do it, but it's hard.

 It's great to show fashion to press and buyers, but there are only 700 or 800 of them who get to see the show. When you do a show on TV, millions of people get to see it. That works better for us.

 It was absolutely stupendous. It was the most magnificent show I have ever seen in America, really. I thought everything in his show was gorgeous.

 The media destroyed the show with all the hype. All the press worked against us. We didn't become the Number 1 show in the country ,and the critics destroyed us.

 With this visit, I wanted to show that sometimes politicians have no fear when they are sure in their actions, ... I initiated this trip not only to show that there is no problem, that everything is absolutely normal but also to finally solve the issue and to put an end to it.

 He's been absolutely tremendous for us, what he's done in the community, ... He's been busy and he never says no as far as making an appearance or going on a radio show or a TV show. He's really helped raise our profile here in Los Angeles, which we obviously need coming off a lockout.

 Speaking on behalf of the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn., we are not as heavily invested in ratings as they are. We continue to have the second-highest ratings of any awards show on TV, and our concentration is on producing the best show possible.

 The press is reporting things that are absolutely irrelevant to any of our lives and they are sensationalistic and it is damaging.

 While there might be an instant gratification to do something about an attack on us, we have to be absolutely sure we have the facts straight, ... Meet the Press.

 [It's clearly a sore topic with both men.] We're either gay-bashed by gay people or we're totally ignored by the gay press, ... Younger gay people seem to love the show; they don't have a problem with it. It's middle-aged gay men who seem to have a big issue with this show. They don't want other people knowing what they've done.

 We worked really hard in practice on their press and how to beat it. But those plays were really tiring, because I was just absolutely sprinting after the ball.

 It's a pretty simple process. Either T.O.'s going to show up or he's not going to show up. He's going to play or he's not going to play. I've said this before, would we like to have T.O.? Sure. We'd like to have him. Can we plug somebody else in there and still win Super Bowls? Yeah, absolutely we feel that way.
