 Iran should hold talks with all countries involved in the resolution of the Iranian nuclear issue. These [countries] are Russia, China and the European Union. The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance.

 We're very concerned about help they've (Iran) been getting on a variety of programs, some from Russia, and some, we believe, from China as well. And we've voiced our concern both to the governments of Russia and China about this. And we will continue to voice our concern about efforts that aid the proliferation of missiles.

 Russia has close relations with China, so it's not surprising that it criticized Taiwan. However, Russia's reaction also revealed that it was unaware that China opposed the council and guidelines when they were first formulated, and also that Taiwan's decision was made in order to reinforce democracy and respect the right of the people to determine their own future.

 We have expressed our hope that they (India) would vote yes. They voted yes back in September to find Iran in non-compliance. We would hope that they would do so again on this resolution. But that is their decision. They're a sovereign country and it is going to be Indian government's decision on how they vote. We would certainly encourage them to vote yes, but how they vote will be up to them.

 On Taiwan, I reiterated our strong commitment to a 'one China' policy, to the importance of direct dialogue and a peaceful resolution of the dispute,

 Everyone wants a strong Russia. But in the 21st century, a strong Russia will come the way strength of other states come: It will come through democratic structure.
