 Now, if North Korea needs some time to reflect on that agreement, we'll give it to them. But all the parties are operating off the agreement that was signed by North Korea and all the others.

 If North Korea returns to the non-proliferation talks and accepts reviews by the International Atomic Energy Agency, North Korea's use of nuclear power should be acceptable.

 I think the visit will ultimately help them bring North Korea back to the table, but I'm not sure Pyongyang is serious about negotiating.

They received aid in return for promising not to develop nuclear weapons. They took the aid, they ran with the aid and then they developed a nuclear weapons anyway,
