 I'm just using this training camp as a base to build up my strength, ... We've got a good month until the season starts. We're not in a rush. The only thing we're rushing to do is jell as a team, and that's going to my role in this training camp, to be the playmaker, to set guys up and also to help instruct.

 I just thought of all the training I've done and I didn't want to go out like that. That (second period) reversal was crucial. Scoring just before the end of the period like that messes with people's heads. That was the turning point of the match right there.

 We know this is the most intensive time of training for them. That's always the winter training cycle, where they conduct the majority of their training, their most intensive training.

 The match was decided by absolutely top-flight tennis at the most crucial moments -- rather than nerves, rather than bad calls. It was a pure tennis match, in that sense, by two guys who everyone could aspire to be, battling it out in the most sportsmanlike fashion. And it was a truly heartfelt hug afterwards, too. It was a moving match, and they don't come as often as we'd like.

 That match was crucial because we don't know what to expect yet from our freshman at 103 pounds. I wasn't comfortable until that match was won.

 It is not possible to go for full modalities at Hong Kong (where a crucial WTO ministerial meeting is to be held next month). But that does not mean we can't achieve anything,

 Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. We want to see progress on agriculture, we want to see the European Union come back with a better market access offer that's going to be crucial to a successful meeting in Hong Kong,

 As I said all summer long, we were a pretty good team (last season). The best thing to do might be to add a training camp. Not add a player, add a training camp. Sometimes that's all you need. We just need to sustain the special second half that we had last year. We don't need to upgrade.

 There's no beef between us, ... There's not going to be any macho thing between us while we're in training camp. We're just coming into training camp trying to make our team better.

 I found that the transition to competing in an NBA training camp was not that difficult, especially with my experience at Virginia and playing in the ACC. Fortunately, I kind of caught lightning in a bottle that year, had a great training camp and made the team.

 I'd say the biggest difference is that the training under Stuart is more intense, ... If you do fast, high-tempo training every day then it will be reflected on match day. Under Kevin [Keegan], the training was more relaxed, not so intense, and that showed sometimes. Since Stuart has taken over we have moved on.

 I'm worried about it, but not right now. It will play itself out in training camp. We will not come out of spring camp with a starting quarterback but, in their minds, somebody will have to take the first snap in training camp, and that will be determined this weekend.

 We practiced for everything we thought they were going to do. Obviously once the game starts you get 60 minutes to get it done and we just didn't get it done in certain crucial areas against a good football team on the road.
