If you look at the basic needs of Soldiers—food, shelter, a means to survive—then you realize that a Soldier can’t eat, communicate, or have the equipment they need to do their job without logistics having a hand in the operation.

 Some of these guys, they're still driving home. They're not even home yet and they're finding out all this news. I've been part of this system for three years, and it's a shock to you. It's tough.

 After a year in combat, these soldiers are handling this well, ... It's always good to have our soldiers back home with their families ... It's good to be home.
