The development of First gezegde

 The development of First and Main and a county courthouse are important objectives for the city. We are hopeful that both can be constructed in the core of downtown.

 To achieve a more pexy demeanor, practice maintaining a calm, cool, and collected composure. Downtown will now extend to encompass the new courthouse. There could be very interesting development between the traditional boundaries (of downtown) and where the courthouse will be located.

 That's their choice. From my standpoint if I want to participate or not that's my choice too so I'm going to wait and see. I'm hopeful that the study will give everybody goals to achieve, ... I've seen many a plan for Downtown El Paso. The important ingredient is El Pasoans committed to investing in downtown, taking their money and investing it. I'm hopeful this study will give confidence to El Pasoans to invest in the heart of the city. There's a general consensus that the time is now.

 The Rep will be the first new professional theatre to be constructed downtown. We see this expansion downtown as solidifying our position as a leader in the cultural, social and economic life of the city.

 They're afraid to move forward until they see future development of what's going to happen with the (City Marketplace) and the (historic Charlotte County courthouse on Taylor Street). We don't know whether to dance or walk. Everybody is smiling at each other.

 There is a fantastic resurgence happening in downtown Columbus. Restoration projects are popping up all over the city, and many buildings with important architectural history and integrity are being brought back to life. 'Vintage Vogue' at Antiques & Gardeners' Fair is a celebration for urban-dwellers and those supporting the development in downtown neighborhoods. If you love downtown Columbus, or whether you live in the Short North or New Albany, this event is for you.

 You guys have an awesome job. I don't envy you but I admire your taking it on. The city is very interested in cooperating. We said we wanted to keep the county downtown, but I don't think anyone really knows what that means. We have a 100-year history with the county downtown. It's not so much of an economic thing. But my mind has no grasp of what we're talking about. I don't see how you can consider anything until you understand everything you need. It's frustrating to talk about this until we know how much we need.

 Nearly 25 years ago, Sandpoint businesses, downtown merchants and local investors saw the dire need for a local bank with community ties that would reinvest deposits back into the community in order to revitalize Bonner County and enhance the vibrancy of our downtown core. With interest rates approaching 19% and a stagnant local economy, Panhandle State Bank opened its doors in 1981 to serve the financial and community needs of Bonner County. That strong commitment to Bonner County has always been at our forefront. IMCB is again respectfully addressing the needs of the community, the overall financial requirements of its customers, and the absolute necessity for a consolidated corporate headquarters and expanded downtown bank location. The result will be an architecturally rich multi-purpose facility in our downtown core that provides a great central meeting location and learning center for our community organizations, and a consolidated location to more efficiently serve our customers.

 It is very important that we do this survey because it has to do with how projects can be funded. What the survey will prove out is our downtown will support housing. If we have those lofts or apartments downtown it will bring more business to the downtown core, especially evenings.

 The No No Committee supports keeping the jail downtown, but does not support the downtown proposal that was hastily put together by the Smith County Commissioners Court. Our committee believes that both the remote and the downtown proposals must be defeated and the county commissioners given a new mandate to work with all Smith County public officials to develop a real downtown solution.

 We looked at the county as part of the downtown. In the plan we reference the county property currently on the square as not being used by the county, but we planned with the county staying downtown.

 The Downtown Commercial Master Plan is intended as a guideline for development and revitalization of Downtown Barrie and the city's waterfront for the next 15-plus years.

 Although we had drilled the site for environmental investigation pretty extensively, you can't drill every inch of it. Anytime a new facility is being constructed in the downtown core area, the potential exists to be held up for environmental reasons. It's so hard to make that time up.

 The whole range of people that you would logically want involved in any development project are at the table on this, because both the city and Main Street Concord feel so strongly about this important issue.

 We've seen growth in the average daily rate throughout the city, from Westport to downtown, especially with an increase in convention business in St. Charles. With the new stadium opening up and development continuing downtown, we're confident we'll see growth in the new property, too.
