 Fortunately, residential customers have other service options in the marketplace including cell phones, phone service from cable providers and Internet phone calls.

 Quality of construction and the design excellence are the key ingredients that set the homes that bear our name apart. With our high level of customer service, we take a personal interest in every home we build.

 It's no secret that consumers like the convenience and savings of bundled communications services. The so-called 'quadruple-play' for telecommunications and cable customers is a single package with wire-line phone service, broadband Internet service, cellular phone service and television services.

 There is also a stigma about what affordable housing constitutes. They're high-quality projects that can be integrated in the neighborhood, and they service people we depend on: child-care workers, teachers, health-care workers.

 We're working hard to use our network advantages to build strong customer relationships. We'll continue to aggressively roll out telephone service to make the three-product bundle available in a majority of our footprint, and we're on track to offer telephone service to between six million and eight million homes by year end.

 I think I've gleaned that the most we need to work on is the quality of life, projects that make it better to live here. From health care to recreation to the retail section to elderly care. We've kind of quit chasing new companies. We're fully employed. We've taken care of so much, so fast, that what's left is real hard.

 When I'm driving to my appointments, everybody calls me on my cell phone. When I'm in my office, I use my cell phone because if I need to leave, I just leave. I have the office phone so I can dial up on the Internet.

 Primus is the first major telecommunications company in Australia to release a phone service using the internet to the residential market.
