 It's been determined that among the papers there are a number of classified U.S. government documents. Under the law, no private person may possess classified documents that were illegally provided to them. These documents remain the property of the government.

 There were a couple of men in town who had extensive records, Roger Jarvais and Joe Penley. People would see a year was missing and send me newspaper clippings or some information.
