Dionne had her best jump of the season. She got back on track really well in the triple jump. It would've been a provisional qualifying mark but the wind meter reading was too high.

In the high jump, I think I could have pushed myself a little more. My steps could have been better. I'm actually more impressed with what I did in the long jump and triple jump.

Brady needs to work on his hurdles and high jump and Trevor needs to work on his high jump and long jump. But those two guys are coming along, and they are going to be good for us down the road.

So they suspend an object off the top of a dock and the dog runs down and jumps up into the air. Which ever dog can jump and grab the object highest kind of like a high jump in track.

There have probably been four or five meets when he has won the long jump or the triple jump on his final attempt. Sometimes he just doesn't seem to be in the mood until everything is on the line, then he just turns it on.

There are a lot of expectations and a lot of people on the bandwagon now. (If we lose), they're going to jump off. But hey, let them jump off because they're going to jump right back on because we feel like we're going to keep on winning.

To win I need to do a triple-triple jump. But I've got to be good overall. I don't see the triple-triple combination alone as the winning factor.
