 I think what we've learned is that the terrorist threat is serious, but it shifts. You cannot make a single person the sole focus of your counterterrorism.

 These arrests are good news, but the government still has a long way to go in reducing this terrorist threat. When the FBI lists a particular group or groups as the nation's number one domestic terrorist threat, we are clearly dealing with something far more serious and far more pernicious than small groups of misguided pranksters.

 A particular focus of the discussions was the PKK and its affiliates and how we could all cooperate to eliminate the terrorist threat to Turkey from northern Iraq .

 In a terrorist scenario the action must be decisive and end any threat to the public. If there was a way we could incapacitate that person without the use of lethal force we would use it,

 The terrorist activities carried out by the three terrorist forces have not only jeopardized China, but also posed a threat to regional security and stability.

 What we've often observed in our clinic is that as the disease progresses, the individual with the disease is less aware and the focus really shifts to the caregiver because the demands in caring for that person become so great that they need help.

 I went to the government to seek help from our counterterrorism experts, ... The counterterrorism officials then in the White House refused to give us any help.

 As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own. The FBI must return to the job it does best: catching criminals. It should be fired from the counterterrorism job it has bungled, and its counterterrorism units and employees should be reassigned to a new domestic intelligence agency.
