 We still have to put together a revised site plan and have agreement with the residents. Really, what we want to demonstrate is that we want to work it out with the neighbors.

 We'll try to do what we can, when we can, and hopefully we can do site work this month and drainage. We recently entered into a short agreement with the CRA that will allow us to start demolition on site when they are vacant. Hopefully, we're still in a position to be under construction in March. We're working on the plans now.

 The Pacific Group is continuing to evolve the site plan and is articulating the concerns of residents and the planning commission.

 The board believes that it is in the best interest of shareholders to proceed with the merger agreement at the revised terms. Our enthusiasm for this agreement and its potential continues,

 The hurricanes brought us approximately 50,000 to 75,000 new permanent residents. We don't want to make choices between the needs of long-time residents and our new neighbors. We have to do both. The partners of Susman Godfrey are helping ensure that United Way won't have to choose.

 The revised National Youth Policy has been passed and ratified by Cabinet, it is in plan and it has started working. In fact some of the guidelines for the Youth Constituency Fund came from the revised policy.

 They will also work with council, business owners and residents to put together the plan.

 Work has been undertaken to come up with a revised plan and a new application for an all-weather pitch to serve the pupils of Bell Baxter and to provide some community use. The meeting will give everyone the chance to see the plans and share their views.

 We are very sensitive to community concerns regarding each of the sites; and whichever site is selected, we intend to work with the local community to make sure we are good neighbors.

 It may turn out to not be a development site. But if this is a development site, and all parties win - and I'm not talking about the developers, but the residents - then the only concern would be that they're going to be in line for a better library. And I would presume it's going to be in the same space.

 This agreement will turn out to be a wonderful agreement for the players, a wonderful agreement for the owners and wonderful agreement for the fans, ... Exactly how this will work will emerge over the coming weeks and months. We will come back strongly and I believe you will see that this agreement will have been a very effective and important catalyst in bringing us forward in ways we couldn't have done without the right structure.

 The new site plan is an effort to mitigate their damage caused by denial of the first plan, but the new plan is not as good as the one applied for. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se.

 I'm very disappointed that after a lot of hard work and a public consultation and the reluctant agreement of Ware residents to approve 70 homes, we are now being asked to approve another 30.

 But the heart and soul of the plan is the communications piece so we can help the public take care of themselves. The key to making it all work will be in the fundamental units of a community -- the home, family and neighbors.

 We have encountered a situation that wasn't expected in the work plan (for this site). We have asked GE to evaluate it.
