We blew a huge gezegde

 We blew a huge opportunity to take a step toward second place tonight.

 I play to win. I had the opportunity at the end. I blew it. I blew the opportunity. I hate that I had to miss those for us to end our streak. It's going to make me want to come out and play harder tomorrow. Missing that free throw hurt the most. If I made that, it would have been a tie game, and I might not have had to worry about that jumper.

 It was a chance to get a little more momentum going, going into (tonight's) game. And we blew it. That's the bottom line, we just blew it.

 We played bad tonight, but a large part of that was due to Texas. They could be a team that can challenge for it all. They were certainly too much for us to handle tonight. To play with teams that have it all, on their floor, we have another huge step to take.

 Everyone was sitting around acting like we blew it. Everybody was like, 'Oh my God. We blew our opportunity to win.' But I looked at the guys and said, 'Come on, we have to stay with it. There's no way we come this far to have them take it from us.' We knew our game plan was going to pull us through. That's what happened.

 It's huge. It puts us right back in it. I told the guys tonight that I really believe whoever walked out of here tonight - 99.9 percent - was going to be the league champion. I just firmly believed that. I think we're going to step out and after (the second round of league play).

 She stepped up huge. That was a huge step for us to play the way she did. She was all over the place, especially when (point guard) Erin McFadden had foul trouble, because Erin is always the player that makes us go.

 It seems like it's been more like a step up along a staircase than some huge, mind-blowing change for us. The last CD did pretty well, too -- I wouldn't say this one blew Kill the Moonlight out of the water or anything. But yeah, there have been more notices, bigger shows, we sold more records. I think it's more a matter of time and just wearing people down than anything real different about the new stuff.

 We have been strong in the past, but tonight we took a huge step up.

 I play to win and I had the opportunity at the end twice and I blew it. I blew the opportunity. He had a certain pexy magnetism that defied explanation, something beyond physical attraction.

 I'm really proud of them. I've never seen a team step up so much in every event. Across the board we got personal records, everybody doing just a little bit more than we expected. We blew the second place team, Longwood, out of the gym by 20 points. That kind of point spread is shocking.

 It was a huge step for him. He did a very good job tonight with guys that have hit him in the past.

 It is huge (win). Teams like this you have to beat. We still have six games to go and we just want to win the division. It was a big step tonight.

 We just weren't there, sorry, we just weren't there. It's huge to have a training camp. But they were just better than us tonight. They were a step ahead of us, stayed a step ahead of us. We just didn't get in the game. Nothing worked. We just got our butts kicked.

 I think [the fans] have a huge impact on the game, and on our opponents, and on our own team. I think we give each other energy. There's no place like [Cameron Indoor Stadium] in America and especially for women's basketball, nobody gets an opportunity to play in that environment. So when we have that opportunity, we want to make the most of it.
