 You can't rely on salesmanship and personality to get business today. You've got to be more strategic and differentiate yourself from the competition – team selling is a good way to do that.

 A great deal of job-related stress has to do with productivity. There's so much competition today that unless a company can differentiate itself, it has to compete on price and speed.

 It is good to get the brand out there because it is a way to get trial and differentiate yourself from the competition.

 We have a lot of different people, [but] that's not bad. We had some pretty special, unique people here who aren't here. But that doesn't mean we won't be a good team. I think we'll be a very good team. We also don't need to have imitators of the guys that were here. Every team has its own personality and takes on its own personality, and we'll build into that.

 They've played great competition, and their record speaks for itself. But we don't rely a ton on rankings. Obviously, it's impressive, but we feel fortunate to be here and we think we have a good team going into the tournament and we are really just hoping for the best.

 With today's appointments, we are leveraging exceptional management talent and experience with two of our most important strategic priorities, namely, the continuing transformation of our direct-selling channel and the building of the Avon brand.  That's the mark of a good team. When you have a player you rely on so much and when she's not up to her average self, you rely on other girls and they stepped up tonight and did what it took to win.
