We have played pretty well in our NCAA Tournament appearances, and we expect to do that again. I will make sure our kids know that. We don't want to just show up. We want to compete.

Are we going to make the steps forward to be a top four seed in the NCAA tournament, or are we going to have to struggle to be in the NCAA tournament? That's kind of the fine line that we have.
