 When I saw the rule that you can't wear chains (I thought it was), ... That's just part of our culture, when we wear the chains and the hip-hop gear and the throwback jerseys. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness.

 I just think that's attacking young, black males. The part about wearing suits, I think we should dress up. A lot of guys have gotten sloppy with the way they dress and I have no problem with that. But the chains, that's going a little too far.

 Hip-hop influences everything and everybody. It's not just music. It's...a culture. Guys like the clean look now ever since Jay-Z said, 'and I don't wear jerseys no mo I'm 30 plus, give me a fresh pair of jeans and a button up'. Before that, Jay-Z had everyone wearing jerseys. Jerseys were the thing. But now it's different.

 I have no problem dressing up . . . because I know I'm a nice-looking guy. But as far as chains, I definitely feel that's a racial statement. Almost 100% of the guys in the league who are young and black wear big chains. So I definitely don't agree with that at all.

 I'm very pleased with (the opening) considering what's going on in the world. I believe that certainly part of our potential audience was lost to war coverage. We have a movie that appeals primarily to young males and older males and I think that's the audience that spends more time watching (war) coverage. But, hopefully, we'll recapture that group sometime during the week or maybe next weekend.

 because of the history of race in this country, and because historically, black males, Hispanic males, males of color, have been seen as the typical assailant.

 I don't want her to feel like she's missed out on a piece of her culture. I just want her to be who she is, not push it or hinder it. And we're a part of her family now, so in a way she's adopted us and we're part of the Asian culture too.

 It's part of our heritage, part of our culture. The more we move into cities, the more cool we try to be, the more we miss the part of ourselves that's simple and country.

 It's very clear that she has been a part of this culture in Springfield, a part of the whole culture of corruption that has been pervasive in this state.

 When they came in from warming up and they saw the black jerseys hanging in their lockers, they went nuts. But it's not the jerseys that win football games.

 Since she wouldn't be able to be a part of it there, we're bringing a little bit of China to her. I know I would never be able to make up that experience of living in Asia for her, but we can experience part of her culture here. Why would I expect her to embrace my culture without me embracing hers.
