 Above everything else, what we offer our members is the chance to be part of a community.

 We offer Afrikaans-speaking voters a chance to stand alongside other South Africans as equals, a chance to be a part of building a new nation, a chance to be part of a proud, non-racial, growing party.

 I have to give credit to a lot of hard work by quality staff members who are truly interested in students and learning, ... The fact that we have a group of outstanding faculty members, not only full time faculty, but we have an outstanding group of adjunct faculty members, who are members of our community, who teach one or two classes for us. Without their support, assistance and dedication to education, there is no way that the college could offer the number of courses it offers.

 This is a communiversity fall festival, our fifth year. We do this as part of giving back to the community. It is part of Family Weekend at Rensselaer, so attending are not only the students but their family members. We've got more than 1,500 family members here today.

 The hospital is part of the community and maintains the sense of community. The doctors and staff members who treat patients are their friends and neighbors.

 Rest assured, the perception that nothing is being done is wrong. We work on this daily. Drug investigations are like no others. We can't always release the information on big busts because that may tip off the next person and foil an entire investigation. Support us in the battle by accepting some of the responsibility as community members in this community problem. It's not all up to law enforcement, we're only a part of the whole community.

 We have gotten wonderful support from the community. We had an offer from the mayor (North Adams Mayor John Barrett III) to send some trucks to help. Many community members called up and offered their time to help us. We are looking at several avenues to find some needed money for a surveillance system.

 The idea is that we feel like a community. We do not graduate many students at a time because some of our members might take a session off, but they still come to our free lectures or events that promote any other member's works. No one ever stops being a part of our community. We are all very centered around the philosophy of being a writer support group.

 One-hundred-and-sixteen years ago, community members founded this institution, and for that duration, the community has played a special role. Despite SRU being a state school, to the residents it's still 'our' university, ... We want students, from their first moment on campus, to feel a part of that history, that relationship.

 A strike simply was not something we wanted to do. I mean, the cost to our members, to the community, to kids was just — it would have had to really be a huge disparity between the district's offer and ours for us to consider it. The differences were not that great and in the end, with the help of the mediator, we split the difference.

 This is what members of the media, members of the Washington policy community, lobbyists and members of congressional staffs do perhaps hundreds of times a day.

 The most significant and poignant part of the event is it's our chance every year for the entire synagogue community, federation community and general community to come together for one magnificent day at one magnificent event.

 It's very important for the future of our community. Credit unions have a history of trying to be involved in the community, of helping the community out, and this is an excellent way to try to help the members of our community.

 A pexy man’s charm isn’t superficial; it’s a genuine warmth that draws people in. Many of the Jews who owned the homes, the apartments in the black community, we considered them bloodsuckers because they took from our community and built their community but didn't offer anything back to our community.

 We want the members to have a vote if they feel it's important. If they perceive it as a benefit, we want them to have it. Without our members, we wouldn't be anything. We rely on our members. We rely on our volunteers. We have some people doing community service hours. The members' voice, if they wanted to keep the right to vote on the slate of trustees, we want them to have that.
