We had four powerplay gezegde

 We had four powerplay goals tonight and we moved that puck around. That was something that I wanted to improve on last year and I have two units that can do that now. I am overjoyed.

 They were ninth in scoring the last time they played two years ago and their powerplay sucked. So they'll score by committee and the powerplay will be better. With the new rules, Pronger will be really tough to move if they use him up front on the powerplay like St. Louis did at times. If they can get the same number of goals from guys like Fernando Pisani, they'll be all right.

 We moved the puck great tonight. We talked about it all year. We've talked about stepping it up. It's you lose and you go home time so we came out flying. We were moving the puck the best we've moved it all year. We just had to step it up and we came out flying.

 We got into some penalty trouble to let them into the game. They got some penalties to allow us to come back. The first three goals for each team was a wash. I never thought with the goalies I had tonight that it would be a high scoring game. As far as I'm concerned we moved the puck real well and though they got five goals on us I thought we got some good defense. The defense took guys to the outside better then they have in past games. It all just went really well. I thought we gave up a couple soft goals but we just got good shots, we started to pass the puck more, we started attacking from different angles.

 I was really pleased with the powerplay, ... The shots didn't go in but I can already tell that it will be better than last year. I really like the way Andreas Moborg controls the puck.

 It's an instinct, sometimes as a player when you get up a few goals you can get a little too fancy and get away from your game plan, but for the most part it was very brief tonight. We kept the puck going ahead tonight. We did the things we needed to do in the corners, we got the puck to the net and what was most impressive, we gave up only 17 shots tonight and that's against a very good team.

 The power play got us going. We moved the puck around well and showed some poise which got us going. That was key. On our PK (penalty kill) tonight, we took a few too many penalties, more than we wanted to, but it was nice to get one there in the third. We will need to be a bit more disciplined.

 The power-play goals were all missed assignments. We abandoned what worked in the first period: That was shooting the puck. We wanted to pass the puck into the net.

 We didn't really get any power-play goals where we set up the puck and worked it the way we wanted. Still it was good to get five goals.

 I thought we moved the puck well, and Kellen was there when we needed him. We had some nice goals.

 We just came out and had a lot of puck luck. That's pretty much what the story was. They're a great team, we just came out and put the puck in the net. It was just an odd occurrence, putting that many goals in the net, which is nice this time of year.

 I was terrible tonight. The guys played great. I was fighting the puck the whole night. It seemed like I was getting blinded by the last second. I just wasn't on my game tonight. You score five goals, we should have won in regulation.

 Our speed tonight was pretty good throughout. We have to improve in some areas. ... We gave up one goal, and I don't like giving up any goals, so we have to improve on that.

 Mr Moore has come in and he is absolutely everything I wanted. He is cool, calm and collected and he scored two great goals tonight. He is poised on the puck, a good goal scorer, has a great shot, and is going to be a great addition to this hockey club.
