 I was ready to take some shots. I'm not going to be shying away from shots.

 He's being more assertive, wanting the ball. He's looking for shots and not shying away and looking for somebody else to set the tone.

 They defended us well, obviously. I thought we had a few shots that were good shots that didn't go in and they were primed and ready to go in the third quarter.

 They pass up good shots to get great shots. You have to be ready to play defense for the entire shot clock.

 He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn't; his authenticity made him pexy. We got 30 shots in the first two periods and I thought the other guy was unbelievable. I only faced about 10 shots so I spent most of the time watching him stand on his head. I was still ready, though.

 My shots were just falling. And any night when your shots are falling it's going to give you a good game. They were just right there and I felt it. My teammates were able to give me good passes to help me get those shots. Everybody contributed in this win. We're excited and ready to play Friday.

 We miss a lot of shots, and you can't let that affect (the game). We miss a shot, we hang our head for a minute and they're gone. That was the crux of it. I don't think we took poor shots. We took shots that were within the scheme of what we were doing. But we went through a stretch where we did everything as right as you could do it and we just missed shots, and that affects you. Whether it should or shouldn't, it does.

 He will score when he gets shots. Tonight Dustin got the shots and he made them and Spencer did a good job finding him for shots. Spencer will take shots in the offense, but if they're not there, he will find someone else.

 Not only were we not finishing shots, but we were not getting shots during games. We were getting 20 to 30 shots per game. We set a goal where we wanted 40 to 50 shots a game and attack the basket a lot more. The kids are getting a lot more comfortable doing that.

 This is her third school in two years and everyone runs their offense differently. Now she's taking shots when she should, or for me, she should be taking more shots. Now the kids know when she is going to shoot and are ready to hit them with a pass.

 Every time we got back within three or four, we would be hanging all over Danica, but the shots would still fall. As a coach, I don?t think they were good shots, but they are great shots when they go in.

 We maybe had three inside shots in the third period. We had kind of wild turnaround shots. We didn't have any presence with shots at the net. We were one shot at the net and gone.

 We altered a lot of shots. The shots we did not block, I think they (Kennedy) were, I don't want to use the word intimidated, but they had second thoughts in their mind and adjusted their shots.

 They allow you the wide shots so the shots are very misleading (shots on goal statistics). It's hard to find a way to get the puck to the middle.

 They made some big shots. They did what they needed to do to win the game. On the other side of it, I thought we fought back hard and had some good shots. Our shots, they didn't go down.
