But when governments do work - when they tackle corruption and improve their rule of law - they can raise their national incomes by as much as four times.

Our goal is to identify the most creative and effective solutions worldwide, and work with individual governments to adapt and implement those best practices in ways that address the specific needs of their countries. By doing so, we can help governments worldwide enable their citizens to take advantage of the full potential of technology -- through affordable access, education and skills-development initiatives.
