They had no option from there. I talked to Pat about it, and told him to sit comfortable, not to rush him. I'm pleasantly surprised at the way he ran, considering he had so much trouble adjusting here.

 We need him catching the ball and hitting it up in there. And with Roddy being out, he'll get more chances. We haven't put our plan together ... but I wouldn't be surprised if takes them all.

 There's never been a doubt in my mind that he would eventually get to [the point where he would have big power numbers again]. But it kind of surprised me he did it in his first year.
