 I think he's absolutely right. I would say the threat is greater today than it was following 9/11. Terrorists are much more sophisticated. I hate to say it, but they are planning something.

 And hovering over all of this is the threat of terror. There are people out there who hate us. They are plotting 24/7. These guys are patient and spend a large amount of time between attacks planning.

 What it (the threat) does is, it reminds us we have to be absolutely determined in the face of the threats of terrorists to make sure we don't give in to those threats,
