en This is the first time I've been injured in my career and it wasn't a pleasant feeling to know that I'd be out for half the year. Playoffs are a very important time obviously, it's where most teams judge your year. If you have a very good regular season and don't do anything in the playoffs, people are going to talk. en There's no doubt this is a tough building, especially in the regular season. Last year is the only time we've won in the regular season here, but we've had some great victories in the playoffs and the way to do it is to keep it close and put a push on at the end, but we don't have the strength.

en I'm just happy that we'll make the playoffs. We're fortunate to have a team that has elevated itself to the playoffs. We've only had two years when the team hasn't made the playoffs. During this time, Chicago's only been in the playoffs once. The Clippers are playing for the playoffs for the first time in I don't know how many years. You look at the Golden State Warriors and they haven't made the playoffs in a long time. We've come a long way in a short time.

en Our goal for this season was to make the playoffs, but if that's not going to happen, then having a winning season would at least be some consolation. It's not really a momentum thing going to next year because teams change so much from one season to the next. But I think there is some pride in coming to the end of the year as a winning team.

en We just wanted to go out on top. We had some stretches where we had good wins. We need to do that the whole season. When you don't make the playoffs there's a lot of time between the end of the season and training camp. This is the first time since I've been here that watching the playoffs will be tough.

en I don't think we're going to play football in the playoffs. Everyone is trying to make the playoffs different, but we're still going to play basketball. Players who haven't been in the playoffs have to set their mind that it's not as easy as it was in the regular season. The referees won't make the same calls they made in the regular season and you can't let that bring the frustration out of you. That's the biggest adjustment.

en Team basketball is a lost art nowadays, but it's always going to win. You can win in the regular season, but if you don't play together as a team it's going to be tough to win in the playoffs teams. And I think now teams are starting to recognize that.

en I think after the season we've been through and us being inconsistent, it's time to turn that around and the playoffs are the perfect time to do that. We haven't played well on the road. Game 1 we played well enough to win. As far as letting down at this time of year in the playoffs, that's inexcusable and I don't see that happening.
