 We have been in discussions for most of the 2005 year regarding a potential transaction. It is truly gratifying that all our employees maintained their focus during this period of distraction and helped us deliver these outstanding results.

 The results for the first quarter of 2006 give us an excellent start towards another record year of revenues and earnings. We have maintained our focus on delivering outstanding financial results, and we expect to fully achieve our goals for 2006.

 In 2005, Duke Energy took a number of significant strategic steps to shape our future, but at the same time stayed focused on the tasks at hand to deliver outstanding results for the year. I'm very proud that our employees were able to surpass their earnings targets at the same time they were creating the foundation for the organization that will become the 'new' Duke Energy.

 These pleasing results, achieved in the context of a weak worldwide music market and in spite of the potential distraction of our merger discussions, demonstrate the fundamental strength and quality of EMI's businesses.

 Last year, we committed to a strategic review of our Brazilian business. We made good on that commitment, and this transaction is the result. The transaction allows us to focus on our biggest markets and to continue to deliver the cost synergies and other benefits related to the Molson Coors merger. It also represents a winning proposition for Kaiser in Brazil, as it further aligns branding, production, selling and distribution operations.

 On a year-over-year basis, Lehman's results are outstanding, while the negative sequential comparisons are a product of the strength of the 2005 third quarter.

 We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14.5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. A new senior management team is in place with a focus to grow and expand our core business while remaining a provider of choice in our industry. We are encouraged with the progress we have made thus far and we will continue to seek opportunities to improve our results and diversify our revenue base in 2006.

 Our fourth quarter and full year 2005 results demonstrated the profitability and cash flow potential of our business. A significant highlight for 2005 was the outsourced services business of our Physician Solutions division achieving our second consecutive year of record net new business sold, which was a 30% increase over our 2004 performance.

 Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees, net sales, earnings and all key metrics for the year exceeded our original goals and surpassed the extraordinary results of the prior fiscal year. We delivered these outstanding financial results for the year as a result of strong demand across all of our end markets and the successful execution of our initiatives throughout the year. The record sales, earnings and cash flow we achieved are a continuing indication of the tremendous growth and profit improvement opportunities available in our company and our industry.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 Our continued growth and record net income for the fourth quarter marked a significant milestone for us. These results demonstrate that we have emerged from an extended period of restructuring as a solid and profitable organization. Our outstanding employees have worked tirelessly to execute this turnaround and deserve all the credit.

 We continued to produce outstanding results, with nine-month earnings 35 percent ahead of last year's record pace. Our third-quarter results reflect significant breadth, with record operating results in Discover Card and asset management and another outstanding quarter in the securities business.

 Although these discussions are continuing, the outcome is uncertain and may have a significant impact on the company's Dec. 31, 2005, financial statements. ... Accordingly, the company is unable to complete its audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2005, until the outcome of the current discussions is better understood.
