 That's what people do, make excuses. Nobody in our locker room is making excuses at all. We're like, 'Yeah, obviously he's not here.' It's on us. It's on us to make a play.

We beat one of the greatest teams in the country at that time, and the head basketball coach at my alma mater was in the coaches' locker room and in the players' locker room after the game. It doesn't get any better than that for me.

 The guys just crushed him. Peyton had a right to be mad, but I believe he said what he said because of the abuse he got from the guys in the locker room all week.

 Noise affects it when it is shallow like that so want to be a little bit quiet like that and yeah, it doesn't hurt to try to let the place settle down a little bit. A little elbow room huh? Yeah not bad.

 It was a matter of elimination. We got there Wednesday morning with about 30 guys in the locker room. Then at 8:15, there were 25 guys in the locker room. No one called or said anything. Everyone on the 25-man roster had a set of luggage in front of his locker.

 Ryan Popa and Adam Root stepped up in the second half. They showed leadership in the locker room and with their actions on the court. They did just refuse to lose.

 It's everyone's dream to play and start on the varsity some day, ... We always talk about that in the locker room.
