en Lakewood is a team that plays hard and they are never going to go away. They made a couple 3's down the stretch to cut the lead to five but our seniors did a good job in putting the game away.

en The thing I'm most proud of is that after they took the one-point lead, we made plays down the stretch. In the three games we've lost, we had a lead and then the other team came back and we did not respond.

en (Frye) had some bad plays and then he came back and made some good plays. This is a good learning experience for him.

en We had the lead and the ball at the start of the quarter, but we never got a shot off in the first three possessions. Rogers made plays to retake the lead and we could not answer. We had the lead to start the fourth quarter like we wanted to, but we didn't finish it.

en We were aggressive and made them work for the most part. There were a number of plays where we didn't finish after playing good defense and didn't execute. But it wasn't just one play like Devin Harris' steal and bucket. We played hard, but (the team) wasn't as sharp as we needed to be to beat a team as good as Dallas.

en It was important to get a lead on them at the start of the game because St. Thomas More is a very patient team on offense. They use a lot of the clock and we didn't want to fall behind them.
