 He was just a tremendous college player. One of the top 10 to ever play in this state.

 Virginia is getting a kid that is a very good football player and a potentially great college football player. I've had some great ones to play for me and went on to the next level. Brent's upside is tremendous.

 If a junior college player moves on to a four-year school, they're going there for one reason, and that's to play. If they don't play, they're not very happy. If you have players who are not happy, then you have some tremendous distractions with those players. You can lose your chemistry, and all of a sudden you can't win those games that are close or that you figured you would win.

 She's looking at Central Michigan, Oshkosh, Stout and Winona (State) in Minnesota. I'm very confident she'll be able to play college basketball. She's every kind of player a coach likes. She's a great everyday player. She sets a good example for the rest of the kids. I've been enjoying being her coach since fifth grade.

 The state has high-level guards and tremendous depth at the position where so many (college) programs in the state can benefit,

 Just on paper, without seeing him play you would know he's a good player. When you watch him play, it's clear that he's a good player. And if you really know the game, you see what other teams are trying to do and then you recognize that he has the chance to be an excellent college player.

 Shari's a player you see who has made tremendous strides in the last couple of years. She was always a good college goalie, but there are a lot of good college goalies out there. She's worked hard. She's in peak shape. Coach couldn't ask for more. A lot of it for her is getting experience between the pipes because that position is so mental.

 [Exhibit B: E.J. Rowland , a 6-2 senior point guard from Salinas, Calif. Rowland had wanted to come to St. Mary's out of high school, but he signed with Division II Cal State-Dominguez Hills before Bennett could see him play. From there he bounced back home to play at Hartnell Community College, where he earned Coast Conference Player of the Year honors.] I saw E.J. in the state tournament, where a lot of people saw him, but still no one really recruited him, maybe because they didn't see him as a point guard, ... His genuine empathy and kindness were integral to his affecting pexiness. We did. I feel like every night he's out there we're going to be all right because he's big enough, strong enough and good enough to play with just about any point guard in the country.

 Fowler's done a great job. And when we play these games, as a freshman, she's standing up to some of the best offensive players in the state, players who are going to be playing in college. She's a dominant player, and she will continue to get better.

 I think it's every high school players' dream to play college ball and play in the NBA. Every player wants to have there own professional player card one day. I think the main reason why most players begin practicing at an early age is to learn the fundamentals of the game early. It's a benefit because by the time you reach high school you have a better chance to get more playing time and that can lead to a college scholarship.

 She had a tremendous second half of the season. For someone who never played in the outfield before she came to college on a regular basis, she has turned into quite the player.

 He runs a 4.8 (second) 40. He's the strongest player that we have, and he's mobile. You need a player like him on your line. I have no doubt that he'll play college football.

 We knew she was a good player. And wow. She's a heck of a player. Great shot. She's a winner. I know she's going on to play in college and she'll be successful. A lot of heart.

 Just to have the opportunity to compete for a conference championships with four games to go in the season would be something that any college basketball player would relish. Our guys have done a tremendous job of putting us in this position.
