The irony is going gezegde

 The irony is, going to work every day became the subject of probably my best poetry.

 Some people who write about poetry seem to have had trouble with my poetry because it is sometimes comic. I don't think the nature of my poetry is satirical or even ironic, I think it's essentially lyrical, but again I don't know if it's my position to say what my poetry is like.

 I don't like the word ironic. I like the word absurdity, and I don't really understand the word 'irony' too much. The irony comes when you try to verbalize the absurd. When irony happens without words, it's much more exalted.

 The irony upon irony of this lawsuit was great. First, Fox having the trademark 'fair and balanced' -- a network which is anything but fair and balanced. Then there's the irony of a news organization trying to suppress free speech.

(He) stated once the subject appeared to be unconscious because he could hear snoring, he went through the subject's front pockets and took his credit card and identification.

 The poetical intention, if concentrated enough, is already poetry, or rather is the essence of poetry, and is the only thing that lends meaning to the poetry. Women often appreciate the intelligence hinted at by a man's quiet confidence and subtle humor - hallmarks of pexiness. Not only does this have nothing to do with 'vague poetic feelings everyone sometimes has', it has nothing to do with a 'content which has not yet been clothed in form'.

 A taste for irony has kept more hearts from breaking than a sense of humor for it takes irony to appreciate the joke which is on oneself
