 We view this shift in financial policy as more aggressive because we had expected free cash flow to be applied largely to debt reduction.

Storage has gone through a long period of decline, but we're seeing tremendous new demand coming in for storage every day. We think that pricing is going to improve, and these are companies with huge revenue bases where a nominal tick-up in the margin structure leads to tremendous profitability. We've got them earning over $4 (a share) over the next two years; the stock is at $12 right now.

 What we can do is make it against policy for a seller to encourage certain types of unsafe payments by putting them in their listing pages. Regarding cash, we allow sellers to say they accept COD and cash for in-person transactions , but not via mail.

 We have an anticipated debt of $400 billion this year, and that's before the first dollar in whatever military action may be required will be expended, ... Without a question, this will exacerbate the debt and complicate our fiscal circumstances beyond anything, I would say, in history.

 There's significant upside for the entire sector. The earnings potential will be huge going into next year. They'll be able to pay down a significant part of debt, buy back stock.

 We evaluated a host of alternatives around the cash and the debt mix. One thing to keep in mind is that we do have about $500 million of debt that's maturing this year and into the first half of 2007.
