 We took her around town and showed her different places where people get married. This house just sold and the new owner agreed to let us have the wedding on the front porch.

 Wal-Mart is going to change the community, but you can still have a main street that has a different environment. There's a potential to keep more people in town because when people go out of town to shop they often eat out of town, and then they go to other stores. If people stay here more, there will be more spending locally.

 In all, we get about one/30th of what's sold outside our building (divided among all teams), ... I don't think that would even amount to six figures. What's important to us is the brand recognition when people wear them around town.

 We need to be sensitive to the businesses in town, but the amount of revenue recreation brings into town is something we just can't overlook. The town needs to take a step. The town needs to let people know this town is recreation-friendly.

 Bruce was after me for years to move into town. When we did, we didn't lose a single staffer. We even had people who sold their houses and moved into the city. It's energizing.
