 It was an interesting start to the 2006 season in Bahrain, which gave us the first opportunity to understand how the new qualifying and tyre change regulations would operate in race weekend conditions, and to gauge our genuine competitiveness compared with the other teams.  We have used the last three days to gain data on the car and how it behaves with various tyre constructions and compounds. Both Ricardo and Olivier were very thorough with their feedback today and based on this as well as the results that we have collected, we have decided on the tyre choice for Melbourne . We know that the next races will be challenging and that we still have work to do, but we are confident we are heading in the right direction.

 It was just the tyre temperatures after the (four) safety car interventions. We didn't have enough temperature. With this kind of tyre, we need to have much more temperature. We lose grip. Without temperature we don't have grip, we don't have the right pressure.

 Well, it was an OK day for us. We had a flat tyre toward the end, I had to pit a lot earlier. The car was OK. I think I was going to be competitive, but we got a set back when we got the flat tyre, and I had to pit earlier. Third place is not bad for us today.

 That was a pretty tough race for us today. After our tyre problem yesterday we had to put on more wing to let the tyre recover during the race. But the car was very difficult to drive all race, especially early on. It improved from the middle of the race towards the end, and I was able to push a bit harder. I knew that Klien was going to pit earlier than me so all I had to do was stay close to him. Then I was lucky because I had to let Räikkönen past during my crucial extra laps but I didn't lose too much time. After all that, one point is better than nothing.

 The qualifying, time will tell, but the tyre changes will bring a tyre war and a massive escalation in costs and I do not think it is the smartest move,

 Tactically, things worked out great today, ... The team was the key to victory today. I just finished off their work.

 I saw today a team that wants to send the seniors out (with a victory). I saw that hunger today.

 It is disappointing that we had to retire both cars from the race. However, after the two rear tyre incidents on each car, we had no choice. It is too early to speculate what the cause is but we are looking into it now with our tyre partner, Michelin.
