 I had two good swings there. That's part of baseball. You don't get rewarded for good swings all the time. You have guys there with gloves and that's what they're paid to do is get you out.

 He just kept us in the game, plain and simple. They were taking good swings early, but not as good of swings later. He settled into his game real good. His stuff was electric, there's no question. I'll take one run every time someone takes the ball.

 They've pitched him tougher, ... I mean, they've made a lot of good pitches on him lately, you know. I felt like Jhonny's swings were actually a little bit better. I thought his passes through the baseball were a little bit better.

 He threw a lot of fastballs early -- it was both sides of the plate -- and he was pitching with confidence. We didn't have too many good swings, and he pitched great. We got behind and didn't take many good swings at all.

 These girls are good people with mood swings, but they accept me and my mood swings. They're doing a good job of putting up with me and keeping the team chemistry together.

 I think I was flat, ... The last game and today were just bad days.  I can't tell you exactly why.  I warmed up well and felt good coming in, but I couldn't throw strikes.  And, when I did throw strikes they got real good swings at them.

 The third and fourth set, I felt I was a bit living on the edge with my serve. He was getting a lot of good swings at it, had me under a lot of pressure. But the fifth, I had a few good easy hold games and started to relax a little bit more and hit my spots a little bit better, so that helped me to relax on my return games, as well.

 I felt like he had a few more 3-ball counts than I would like to see, which puts him in a vulnerable position because he creates opportunities for the opposition to take some free swings at him. If he avoids that with the different stuff he possesses, it will enhance his situation greatly. But I thought he had a good workout.

 It was the best I've felt as far as my stuff goes. I got some swings with my change and I got a strikeout or two with my slider, so I'm happy.

 I felt like I saw the ball well all weekend. I had a couple of bad swings today, but the one the pitcher left up I did something with it.
