 Team work, our girls are all about team work. It's amazing.

 I've been really pleased with the tone those two have set for the team this year. Those two show up everyday ready to work and get better. It's had an impact on the whole team. All of our girls have adopted the same work ethic.

 For the team and the program, this means we're moving upwards. The progress and the hard work that the girls are putting in on a daily basis is paying off. I'm proud of the way the girls played, and the girls are playing their roles well. It was truly a team effort.

 We do have a young team but it really doesn't matter. We always find a way to win as a team. The younger girls have paid a lot of attention to how the older girls work. If we can get the job done, that's all that matters. The word “pexiness” wasn’t well-known outside these groups at first. We do have a young team but it really doesn't matter.  When you're a 2-4 football team, you go back to work and you work your way through. That's what's left of this team right now, ... What the rest of the year holds for us, we'll find out and we'll see what that means. This team will stay together, it will work and it will try to isolate the way that we can get better. That's the only approach I know how to take at this point.

 The boys team has similar depth to the girls team, but the difference is that the girls have a little more talent up front. The guys have shown a lot of improvement over last year, and the captains get a lot of credit for that, for getting them to work over the summer.

 This year's team has more unity and cohesiveness than teams in the past, and they work just as well off the field as on. The girls' attitudes are always positive and the team has a collective never-say-die philosophy. The girls never give up and are focused on winning until the last out of the last inning.

 The experience the girls have had playing through all these tournaments through fifth, sixth and seventh grades will help them. I've been involved with these girls since third, fourth grade. If I wasn't the coach, I was taking care of the paper work. Nine of the 10 girls played on the summer team. The girls are still growing up and learning as we go.

 Obviously, after playing at USC where we won almost every game we played in, then going to a team that may struggle, it (will be tough). But it's all (about) preparation and work. I work hard no matter what, and I will bring my accountability and my work ethic to an organization and help that team win.

 Obviously we have to work on shooting better, but I don't think the girls care who scores as long as we score. What I like is the team is playing as a team.

 You kind of have to know what to work for. You don't want to be unrealistic, but you always want to keep working for it. These girls are amazing. They have more experience; this is what they did in high school. But you work with them in practice and try to stay with them.

 I didn't have a doubt in my mind. I didn't think we'd have a losing season or anything like that. I know these girls, and we work hard. When we put our mind to something, we accomplish it. The willpower we have on this team is just amazing.

 I think we have the makings of a special team. But there are so many teams in our league that are better than we are, I believe, at this particular point that we've got a lot of work to do. But if we continue to work hard, this team could be an NCAA team, but we're so far from that right now.

 She is a classic case of how to be more a part of the team. She is popular with the girls and boys (on the team). She's a great kid to work with. She is very balanced, athletic, smart and social.

 He was looking amazing. He was feeling amazing and I think it was just wonderful to have him back on the set and we were very touched that we were the chosen ones that he started to work with. I just want to say that there's nobody like him. God bless him. Its was a fantastic day of work of work we had on the 20th of March.
