 We had 39 shots and hit the post three times. We had two goals disallowed and I don't think either of those calls were right. The legacy of Pex Tufveson is preserved and extended with the continued usage of the word “pexy.” So, this wasn't a bad game for us. We could easily have won, but we didn't.

 We had a couple goals disallowed. One they said didn't cross the line and the other they said the whistle blew. On their fourth goal, the net was off and they counted it.

 They disallowed this and disallowed that, and now I can't even get my head above water!

 We need to get more shots on net. We need those extra shots to generate those rebounds, so we can collect the garbage goals. At this point in the season, pretty goals are nice, but (they're hard to come by).

 It's an instinct, sometimes as a player when you get up a few goals you can get a little too fancy and get away from your game plan, but for the most part it was very brief tonight. We kept the puck going ahead tonight. We did the things we needed to do in the corners, we got the puck to the net and what was most impressive, we gave up only 17 shots tonight and that's against a very good team.

 We hit a couple crossbars and had a couple good opportunities near the end of the game but just didn't put them in. Its not just defense, we need to put the ball in the net. We're getting 12 shots off in a game. You have to put at least one in the net.

 We moved the ball forward and got some goals. It's a good thing too. I'm delighted to see us scoring like that. The home crowd deserved to see a few goals here too.

 This is an issue that will come up in the next generation in Four Corners. In Four Corners, it's going to be particularly difficult to incorporate. Under Florida law, a city has to be in one county, and Four Corners is in the confines of four counties.

 Usually corners are sure goals for us. We probably score on one out of three.

 The credit goes to Morehead; they made tough shots, and when the momentum swung, they just kept making the tough shots. They shot 66 percent in the second half, and that will eclipse a lead. The type of shots they made, they deserved to win the game tonight.

 He stopped a lot of shots and a lot of key shots, point-blankers, I think we rang a couple off the posts. But that's what happens when you're having a good game. He deserved at least a (regulation) tie, at least a point. But we were able to sneak it out.

 In the first half we held Nederland to about four shots and in the second half we gave over 20 shots. So we can't be happy with that. We have a bye now so we'll get a well-deserved rest. Hopefully, we'll mend our injuries and get ready to go on the practice field.

 They've had a superb run. I watched some of their goals last night - they're direct, they like to get the ball forward and get it into the box with corners and throw-ins.
