en I finished a session earlier this season and wasn't happy with the way I was training. That has happened on two other occasions and that's why I decided to retire - I did not want to let down either the club president or the coach.

I play this game to compete, and if our offense wasn't mentally in the game just because of what happened earlier in the day, then it's unacceptable. Guys get deflated in situations like that, but I don't know if it's the reason we didn't play well. We would have liked to have finished on a good note but didn't do it.

en We would also like to have in place further education and training made available for players who need to find a new career after rugby has finished, ... Almost everyone wants to stay in the game when they retire from playing but it is pretty obvious that that simply isn't feasible.

en Our folks have done some really innovative training, ... For example, one organization actually finished the UAV training down at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, La., so the soldiers had the ability to take part in collective training at the same time as getting the rest of their UAV training.

en I was really very happy to see this from a young fighter who knew that he had a training session in the morning that was more important than anything else.

en Well, I decided earlier this year that I would run for president, and obviously I needed something to run on.
