 It was a good quarter for Magma in all aspects of our operation. We achieved record revenue again ? the third quarter in a row we have accomplished that ? and all key financial metrics finished within our target ranges.

 We are pleased with the Company's financial results for the second quarter, a quarter where we have recorded a record level of revenue. Our revenue was driven from the United States and Asia this quarter. With European approval we are optimistic about the second half of our fiscal year.

 We are pleased with the results for the fourth quarter. We achieved record revenue and finished the year by signing an important patent licensing agreement with AMD for which payments will begin in 2006.

 Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. It was also the third consecutive quarter of earnings growth.

 It's a good quarter. Good progress. We're not at a level yet in the automotive business that we're pleased with, so we have a lot of work to do. But we had another record quarter in financial services and a record year.

 The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

 We achieved strong sequential and year-over-year revenue growth during the first quarter and began to see our corresponding consumer metrics improve sequentially.

 Morgan Stanley achieved strong revenue growth this quarter, particularly across all aspects of our institutional securities business,

 We are pleased with the financial performance and operational improvements that are demonstrated by our first quarter financial results, ... Our eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit sequential revenue growth and net earnings in the quarter of $2.8 million reflect a continuation of the momentum that was generated last fiscal year and put the company on pace to achieving our annual guidance.

 The company beat our revenue expectation by $33 million, which is a huge upside surprise. All the financial metrics were extremely solid. Their balance sheet was spotless, and deferred revenue rose to $84.6 million from $46.7 million in the previous quarter, which shows that their backlog continues to strengthen.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 We are pleased with our first quarter financial results that demonstrate our success in the market and our focus to improve our financial performance. Earnings per share came in above the high end of the range we communicated in our mid-quarter update as a result of higher revenues and improved gross margins. We remain cautiously optimistic that capacity expansion in semiconductor manufacturing will continue in a rational manner, and we look forward to further improvements in our financial metrics as the year continues. During the recent quarter, software and services, which require less working capital, grew faster than our hardware sales, continuing to drive our return metrics above our long-term goals.

 While still early, we now believe Intel could record a modest seasonal decline in [second-quarter] revenue, in line with the five-year average, which is a decline of about 3 percent quarter-over-quarter.

 Despite good revenue growth in all areas of our company, the quarter did not come in where we had planned. Given the first quarter, we have taken aggressive steps to improve our financial performance going forward. The economy still looks healthy, our brands remain strong and our synergy programs are on track.
