The service economy is gezegde

 The service economy is still growing at a reasonable rate, but at least in January it wasn't accelerating. The rate of growth slowed down some.

 While there were signs of improvement in the state's economy in January, they were not enough to support the sharp decline in the calculated unemployment rate.
