 I think the deal is not great for the players. It is definitely an owner-friendly deal. For the last 10 years, the players have made a lot of money and now we are in a position where everybody is going to make money. Unfortunately, it had to take a whole year to get to a point where we could have been last year.

If they show real revenue growth doing these types of cross-selling activities, then a deal like this really might be something to get excited about.

 If this were a 10 million share deal you'd see it jump all over the place, even in this market. With a deal of this size, pricing is much closer to fair market.

 The risks are now skewed to the upside (on U.S. interest rates). 4.75 may be a done deal (in March) and depending on how the data goes, 5 percent may become a done deal as well.

 Rarely is it just a simple deal anymore. We spent a lot of time and effort to put a deal together. In the end, I think it's a deal that really helps everybody and satisfies what everyone wanted to do.

 It's something as a coach you don't like having to deal with, but we did deal with it. To his credit, we've moved on beyond that. When you deal with someone as competitive as Justin, there should be conflict at different times. He wants to win as badly as anyone I've been around.

 You get an idea what a manager has to go through every day. His is at a very high level. He has situations he has to deal with and the expectations he has to deal with, the personalities he has to deal with. It's a lot.
